Baldo Parboiled rice

Parboiled Baldo rice is a variant of Baldo rice that has been subjected to a special treatment called parboiling.

Parboiling consists of soaking, steaming and drying the rough rice before further processing. The process transfers vitamins and minerals from the husk to the grain, making it richer in nutrients than traditional rice.

Parboiled Baldo rice guarantees greater cooking resistance, preventing the grains from overcooking or sticking together. This also helps it maintain its texture, even when preparing complex dishes.
