Parboiled Lungo B rice

Parboiled Lungo B rice is the result of parboiling traditional Lungo B rice. Its long, slender grains are ideal for preparing ethnic dishes, such as those of Indian, Asian and Japanese cuisine.

Its milling ensures wonderfully even cooking, making it ideal for preparing many dishes, including sides and crispy pan-fried rice.

It is available in 20kg bags for catering companies that need large supplies, but also comes in smaller packs of 1 and 5kg for direct sale to the general public in supermarkets and for large-scale retail.
